Good value
I appreciate that GreenLeaf Insurance Solutions shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Slow and unresponsive
GreenLeaf Insurance Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with GreenLeaf Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Five stars all around

Great for home insurance

Helpful but slow
The broker at GreenLeaf Insurance Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
