Room for improvement
GreenLake Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with GreenLake Insurance Agency. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Fair pricing
