Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about GreatStar Insurance Group. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Multi-policy savings

Had a bad experience with GreatStar Insurance Group. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
