Solid broker
GreatRock Insurance Services is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with GreatRock Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job
GreatRock Insurance Services helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Abbotsford. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
