Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about GreatPoint Insurance Solutions. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Amazing customer service

Poor communication
My biggest issue with GreatPoint Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
