Pretty good

Poor communication
My biggest issue with GreatPeak Insurance Partners was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about GreatPeak Insurance Partners. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Room for improvement
