Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with GreatCreek Insurance Solutions. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Helpful but slow
The broker at GreatCreek Insurance Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Does the job

Poor communication
My biggest issue with GreatCreek Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
