Room for improvement
Great Risk Solutions handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Amazing customer service

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Great Risk Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Slow and unresponsive
Great Risk Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
