Reliable broker
Been with Great Insurance Group for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Room for improvement
Great Insurance Group handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
