Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Gray & Hawkins Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Solid broker
Gray & Hawkins Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Gray & Hawkins Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Fair pricing
Gray & Hawkins Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Gray & Hawkins Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
