Fair pricing
Grant Risk Management offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Grant Risk Management. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Room for improvement
Grant Risk Management handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
