Disappointing experience

Helpful but slow
The broker at Grant & Oliver Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Grant & Oliver Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
