Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Grant Insurance Ltd.. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Room for improvement
Grant Insurance Ltd. handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Grant Insurance Ltd.. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Five stars all around
Switched to Grant Insurance Ltd. on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Grant Insurance Ltd. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
