Slow and unresponsive
Grant & Edwards Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Grant & Edwards Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Does the job

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Grant & Edwards Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Quick and efficient

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Grant & Edwards Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
