Helpful staff
The staff at Grant & Co. Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Slow and unresponsive
Grant & Co. Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
