Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Grant & Chapman Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
Grant & Chapman Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Lost my documents
Grant & Chapman Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Grant & Chapman Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Solid broker
Grant & Chapman Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
