Helpful staff
The staff at Grant & Associates Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Fair pricing
Grant & Associates Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Could be better
The rates Grant & Associates Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
