Poor communication
My biggest issue with Granite Financial & Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Five stars all around
Switched to Granite Financial & Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Granite Financial & Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
