Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about GrandView Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with GrandView Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at GrandView Insurance Agency was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
