Lost my documents
GrandPeak Financial & Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Slow and unresponsive
GrandPeak Financial & Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Solid broker
GrandPeak Financial & Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with GrandPeak Financial & Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
