Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from GrandMount Insurance Group. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Could be better
The rates GrandMount Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at GrandMount Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with GrandMount Insurance Group. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
