Decent service

Room for improvement
GrandHill Insurance Services handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Slow and unresponsive
GrandHill Insurance Services was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
