Disappointing experience

I was disappointed with GrandGrove Insurance Group. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Poor communication

My biggest issue with GrandGrove Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Satisfied customer

Overall satisfied with GrandGrove Insurance Group. They set up our condo insurance and explained the coverage well. The quote process could be faster.

The rates GrandGrove Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
