Okay but not great
Used GrandGlen Financial & Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Does the job

Poor communication
My biggest issue with GrandGlen Financial & Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
