Exceptional claims handling

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with GrandField Insurance Group. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Slow and unresponsive
GrandField Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Good overall experience
