Decent service

Pretty good
GrandFalls Insurance Services helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Helpful but slow
The broker at GrandFalls Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
