Okay but not great
Used GrandBay Insurance Agency for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with GrandBay Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Great for home insurance

Slow and unresponsive
GrandBay Insurance Agency was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
