Perfect for small business

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Graham & McKay Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job
Graham & McKay Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Saint-Jerome. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Good overall experience

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Graham & McKay Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Mixed feelings
