The worst customer service adjusters. They refuse to pass over the case to managers. They all have this poor attitude. Specifically Courteney Bate. Impossible speaking to that adjuster whom literally said a manager would say the same thing as they have been. They refuse to deep dive into the files:claims and make getting your repair even more of a challenge. No response to emails from Codie. And Kristen C closed a claim that wasn’t repaired yet. It’s been a mess so far. I would never recommend this insurance company to anyone.

Horrible company! They totally screwed me! Now I’m considered a new driver, even though I never had issues paying my insurance polices until I was with this company! They tell you a payment and take out something totally different which then causes it to bounce, and then they cancel it on you before the date that was arranged to pay them directly, instead of them pulling it from my bank account!! So, now I’ve went from paying $140 full coverage to having to pay $472 a month with PLPD, all because of one cancellation through Gore Mutual because they decided they wanted more money from me I guess! They were horribly rude on the phone and through email! I suggest people run far away from this company!! Sounds great at first, until they start taking whatever they want from your account, then cancel your insurance, then you’re screwed and stuck paying an outrageous rate with someone else!!! I do have all the emails and screenshots of what’s been said between myself, and the brokers, since Gore themselves will not speak with me directly!!! So, I have proof of what they have tried taking out of my account which doesn’t add up with the payments they said were due or needed to be paid, as well as the amount of money I’ve had to pay in NSF fees!!! I’m so angry that I need to now pay a full year up front when I’ve been a great driver, no record, no accidents, and have never had an issues with any other insurance companies!!! Thanks a lot Gore!!!

I mean I just recieve a letter that this company wont insure my vehicle anymore. I mean people make mistakes but I didnt think I was a criminal. On top of that you guys still owe me for child's car seat from an accident I had back last year which I was not at fault because I am a good driver, people are not allowed to have mental health issues apparently. Can't say im too upset as this company has a lot of bad reviews and I havent had a good experience per say like change my payments halfway through the year with little notice and no reason why. I have an idea why but was still extremely unprofessional.

All the negative reviews should scare you away. My experience with Gore Mutual, while short, was terrible. After finding out my policy was being cancelled for two at fault accidents in six years by my previous insurer, I found Gore Mutual through a broker at Evolve. It all went smooth, they even offered me the most competitive price despite the accidents and a cancellation on my record. It was set to start the day my other policy ended. Except, a few days after it started, I got a letter in the mail that they were cancelling my insurance because of two at fault accidents in six years. Cherry on top, the letter was sent out three days before my new policy started! I don't understand why they would accept me as a client, knowing my history that I was very upfront about and cancel it for the same reason! I can't even get in touch with anyone because the phone system is the worst and the broker extension on my policy didn't work. Thanks to Gore Mutual, I now have to go through the process of finding a new insurance company twice in one month! This time, with two cancellations instead of one. This company is a joke. Buyer beware.

Gore mutual is a joke despite their cheap prices. Once you actually need to put a claim in they don’t know how to actually finalize the claim. I was overcharged three months after an accident because of New vehicle and old vehicle being on the same policy , which prevented me from being able to get my medication’s? And because of the accident, I am still unemployed, therefore not able to get my medication‘s this month because of their over charge. They did not update my address on the back end which increase the price of my policy Eight months after I moved .when the injury worker was to call never did receive a call three months later still waiting.
