Family business feel
Gordon & Mason Insurance has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Gordon & Mason Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Fair pricing

Solid broker
Gordon & Mason Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Good overall experience
