Poor communication
My biggest issue with Gordon & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful staff
The staff at Gordon & Co. Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Gordon & Co. Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
