Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from GoldenValley Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Lost my documents
GoldenValley Insurance Agency lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Room for improvement
GoldenValley Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
