Could be better
The rates GoldenPoint Insurance Advisors found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Five stars all around
Switched to GoldenPoint Insurance Advisors on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Helpful staff
The staff at GoldenPoint Insurance Advisors were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with GoldenPoint Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great
Used GoldenPoint Insurance Advisors for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
