Poor communication
My biggest issue with GoldenGate Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Good value

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about GoldenGate Brokerage. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
