Fair pricing
GoldenBay Brokerage offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Slow and unresponsive
GoldenBay Brokerage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with GoldenBay Brokerage. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
