Solid broker
Golden Insurance Partners is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Slow and unresponsive
Golden Insurance Partners was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Golden Insurance Partners was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
