Room for improvement
Girard Groupe d'Assurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Lost my documents
Girard Groupe d'Assurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Girard Groupe d'Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
