Solid broker
Girard Courtage is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Girard Courtage. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Good value
I appreciate that Girard Courtage shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Girard Courtage. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
