Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Gilbert & Stanley Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Solid broker
Gilbert & Stanley Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Couldn't be happier

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Gilbert & Stanley Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
