Exceptional claims handling
When I had a water damage claim, Gilbert & Parker Insurance handled everything quickly and professionally. The claim was settled faster than I expected.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Gilbert & Parker Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Gilbert & Parker Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Solid broker
Gilbert & Parker Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
