Amazing customer service
The staff at Gilbert & McDonald Insurance are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Gilbert & McDonald Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Gilbert & McDonald Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
