Solid broker
Gilbert & Jones Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Decent service

Okay but not great

Multi-policy savings

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Gilbert & Jones Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
