Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to Gilbert Insurance Brokers was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Okay but not great
Used Gilbert Insurance Brokers for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Gilbert Insurance Brokers. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Couldn't be happier
