Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Gilbert & Co. Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Gilbert & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Could be better
The rates Gilbert & Co. Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Reliable broker

Helpful but slow
The broker at Gilbert & Co. Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
