Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Gilbert & Associates Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Lost my documents
Gilbert & Associates Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Gilbert & Associates Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Reliable broker

Good overall experience
