I filled out a form for a broker to call me to negotiate a mortgage in August 2020. They called me quickly, took my information and would call me back to make me an offer. 1 month later, I had no news, I wrote again to find out what was going on and no news. I wrote again 2 weeks later and nothing... And again... 5 months later they are not returning my calls. I thought it was important to note that they have lousy customer service, there is none. Very disappointing
