Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Gibson & Partners Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Solid broker
Gibson & Partners Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Slow and unresponsive
Gibson & Partners Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Gibson & Partners Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Gibson & Partners Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
