Does the job
Gibson & Logan Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Milton. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Gibson & Logan Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Gibson & Logan Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Lost my documents
Gibson & Logan Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
