Lost my documents
Gibson & Co. Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Solid broker
Gibson & Co. Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Could be better
The rates Gibson & Co. Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
