Very accommodating, felt like I was given the time of day, knowledgeable and intuitive to what I would need for coverage and didn't push anything more like other agencies I've tried...

Fast and easy to deal with. However they are very over priced compare to other insurance companies, also to stop business with them has to be exactly on the day of renewal or you will have to pay.

They have always found the best price for what I have required. Prompt and friendly service. My brother found them and since then my dad started going through gibbs. I have stayed as they saved my dad a ton with his classic model. They reduced his insurance for all his vehicles around $600 a year! They are a brokerage so they do the deal hunting for you. They also got me coverage after a car accident that the person I was a passenger in their car did not have insurance! It was a bad accident and they figured out a way for me to be able to get some treatments covered. Mucho gratitude!

I have been dealing with Gibbs Insurance for several years now as a very happy customer. Their customer service is top rate, always friendly and efficient whether it is over the phone or email. My personal agent Billy is wonderful to deal with and takes care of all my needs. I am regularly changing vehicles on my auto policy and he takes care of changes quickly and easily, with the most convenient part making any changes effective same day, rather than having to wait 24 hours, and immediately emails a copy of the pink slip. Gibbs set me up with an excellent deal for my automotive and house insurance and I am the most satisfied with them than I have been with any company I’ve dealt with in the past.
